Specific pricing, lead criteria, and delivery terms are agreed with each client separately in writing or by messages between us and the client.
You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.
You agree not to use the Site or chat to submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person, interfere with the Site’s operation, attempt unauthorized access, send unlawful, harassing, or abusive content, or use the Site in violation of any law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pay Per Lead Growth and its owners and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, or $100 if you paid nothing.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pay Per Lead Growth from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
The chat widget and messaging are delivered using third-party platforms. Your use of them is also subject to those providers’ terms where applicable. We are not responsible for third-party services or websites.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site or our messages after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
